Cullen McKinney brings nearly 25 years of experience to his role as a principal attorney at Tanoury, Nauts, McKinney & Garbarino, PLLC, in Detroit. An involved legal professional, Cullen McKinney maintains memberships in several organizations, including the State Bar of Michigan (SBM).
In addition to overseeing a variety of educational programs and activities for the state’s legal professionals, the SBM gives back to the community through a number of public outreach initiatives. As part of a partnership with the Michigan State Bar Foundation and local civil legal aid nonprofit programs, SBM directs the Access to Justice Campaign, which provides funds and other resources to programs offering legal services for Michigan residents from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Michigan attorneys can support the Access to Justice Fund through one-time cash gifts and/or contributions of appreciated stocks. Donors can select to have their contributions added to the statewide endowment or given directly to a legal services program eligible for donations from the fund. Currently, the State Bar of Michigan directs funds to more than four dozen programs providing regional and statewide legal services.
